Working in Adobe LiveCycle team

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

You will not be fired even if you underperform ( also expect not much salary hikes or any other incentives apart from facing agony of upper management)

Cons

-Very bad curve of learning experience -Arrogant and Liar management -False promises with regards to compensation and quality of work -Since its a sidelined product of Adobe now do not expect the same perks which engineers in other teams enjoy (like higher team outing budget, higher shipment bonuses and better hikes etc) -Dense atmosphere of negativity in team. In recent times experiences engineers (Dev/QE) have started leaving LiveCycle or Organization. There are only handful of good engineers left in product.

Pros

Good culture Good work in terms of engineering Good pay Good work life balance Really smart colleagues

Cons

Growth is a little slow which is bound to happen when you have smart people working with you and the opportunities are less. Sometimes you'll feel that you are a little away from business aspects of things
