      The tech and colleagues are great, but it's a competitive environment.

      Pros

      The tech was great and one could learn from all colleagues, including managers who almost all have strong individual contributor backgrounds in software engineering. The environment was sometimes very competitive, but such are things in a big corp. Although not a FAANG, it does have FAANG vibes.

      Cons

      Competitiveness sometimes rears it's ugly head in some colleagues. Some late hours. Other teams had on-calls.
