Refreshers given only to 20-30% people. Teams keep changing, so chances of getting refreshers even if you are a good performer is low.

- Best support by the company for learning new technology or getting a new degree. - You will be working with world class professionals, who always challenge you. - Good work life balance.

Cons

- Some Technical managers(not all) are there just to secure their retirement with Adobe shares. - In IT org some managers are in same team more than 6-7 years, so they do lot of politics to survive, and they do lot biasing while supporting team members in terms of giving any new opportunity for working in a new project, attending seminars outside or appraisal.
