One of the best in terms of culture and opportunities. Adobe pays a lot of attention to employee satisfaction, and it really shows in the way Adobe office feels like an open space where you're free to balance your personal and professional lives.

Cons

While teams expand, your career growth depends more and more on how much you (and your manager!) can pull in good projects.

Pace of development can be slow - it was slower than other tech companies that I've worked for. So depends what you are looking for in a job.

A little far from the main noida city and proper transport will not be available. HR is not quite responsive.
