There are significant growth opportunities, both in terms of personal development and career progression. Pay and benefits are both very competitive.
Cons
Work-life balance is not as strong as I've seen at other companies. Common for folks to reach over the weekend or expect work outside of regular work hours. Some of this can be addressed with strong boundaries, but the culture definitely supports prioritizing work over home life.
Supportive team
Data-driven team, meaning you will be heard regardless of level if you can back up your point with data
Great exposure to leadership and very senior clients at all roles
Cons
At times there is a lack of transparency from leadership
As with any consulting org the work will ebb and flow, sometimes giving you too much free time and sometimes requiring you to work long hours
Overall the culture isn't extremely social and the office is super quiet (could be a pro for some people!)
