Cons
Exit interviews at Adobe are hilarious. You explain genuine issues, toxic management, broken processes, and burnout.. and HR somehow turns it into "sounds like a you problem, nobody else has said it" Incredible products trapped inside layers of corporate ego, endless politics, and managers instead of fixing anything. And the funniest part? They take IIT level interviews to make you work a glorified call centre job, full of micromanagement.
