1. Toxic work culture. 2. Slow growth, too much politics. 3. Managers are generally spineless, they just want to avoid any problem without thinking the future of product. It brings bad names to Indians developer when we ship half backed product. 4. Collaboration between team is not there. They still use email for conversation.
