Pros

Adobe really cares about their employees' well-being, and they also hire responsibly (i.e. hiring people for roles that are actually needed, and hiring those who are a strong match with the team)

Cons

Might not be as fast-paced as other bigger tech companies if you are highly ambitious

Pros

Decent wlb in some teams, not very high pressure like FAANGs/big tech, decent engineering culture

Cons

Management/leadership culture is quite toxic and politics-filled/with favoritism and toxic strategies being rewarded. Have not seen great managers/directors, only great ICs. Most managers/directors have to play the toxic game to get ahead.
