      Supportive Work Environment

      Pros

      Adobe is such an incredible place to work. Everyone is supportive and collaborative and they really take care of their employees. When the pandemic hit, Adobe was like my parent taking care of me every step of the way.

      Cons

      Adobe is a high performing environment, so you have to be able to juggle competing priorities on a regular basis.

      * Good benefits * Pay is okay but the increases are very small,

      * Promotions are based on favoritism in certain teams * When moving internally it's typically laterally which wouldn't be the same if you were coming in from the outside

      Lovely people who are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      The compensation is abysmal. Unless you have a passion for creative software or the work that Adobe does you should look elsewhere, more money to be made at other companies.
