> Very good benefits package (high base salary, flexibility of schedule, lots of freebies in the office, stock options) > Decent and relatively well-connected location in the city compared to other corporations which are on the outskirts of the city (mostly Pipera neighborhood) > Many projects are quite exciting, with lots of ground-breaking innovation, interesting challenges, and new technologies. > Good internal mobility, even when trying to transfer to a different country/office.
Cons
> Some projects are not so exciting, they can become boring or enter a "maintenance" phase, but luckily there are plenty of opportunities to change your career or project inside the company > Some people are more political, they care more about how they will be perceived, rather than the success of the project, but this can vary, and it's not widespread. > Because of the excellent benefits or the long tenure in the company, some employees tend to feel entitled and may appear disrespectful towards people with less experience, in less prominent projects, or even towards cleaning staff.
