Business Outlook
Pros
Intelligent, motivated people. Good facilities. One of the few stable and big product companies in NCR region. Opportunity to work on wide range of projects, covering different technologies as per your expertise / preference.
Cons
Though engineering standards are high, compensation is lower than FB / Goog / MS / AMZN etc. Further, release timelines are long, often leading to lack of business perspective in the engineering team. Not a problem for early year techies, but a major issue for senior individual contributors.
