Cons

ATS leadership requires major change. After the last CIO moved, the acting CIO should directly engage with ground teams to understand the reality. Teams like BCCD, EDA, Engineering or others in ATS umbrella are run on favoritism, with leaders focused on pleasing superiors instead of delivering results. A small group of long-tenured favorites control decisions, blocking new talent and ideas. Even when fresh ideas are proposed, they are taken by managers who lack the capability to execute, leading to repeated project failures.
