      Pros

      Good place to work, lot's of concern for improving processes. Good environment. Adobe is growing, and investing a lot in products, so good opportunity to build a career.

      Cons

      Takes time to grow without standing out by a long shot. Losing flexibility with going back to the office 3 times a week. Office is not well located, and doesn't offer much. American culture, with lots of politics.

      Pros

      - It's stable - No matter what the stocks say the financials are strong - decent pay and work - not too many unnecessary hirings leading to layoffs

      Cons

      - Not good legal and PR team else the stock would have been in a better position. Too many people hate the company - too much tech debt and many legacy or old systems that need to be build from scratch or atleast need to be simplified
