Company is set in it's way - rampant nepotism, no growth opportunities, no travel, low salaries. Basically it's exploiting employees as people have very few options to switch over in NCR. Most of the old folks never leave, and have been with this company since its inception - which off course has its benefits - but lot of disadvantages as well. No room for new thought and innovation. No drive to bring fresh blood in - especially lateral hires. There is no drive to hire the best from the industry (was not the case few years ago). This company is a weak shadow of it's former self.
