Work Life Balance Less stress of layoffs than current tech industry

Cons

It depends which org you end up. My org happens to have leaders with no understanding of ML thinking that with claude anyone can be ML. They do hacky work and spend a lot of time building band aid solution but they never take time to build thing right since speed is key and end up firefighting on a regular basis.
