      Pros

      good environment to work doesn't have too much work pressure will get ample time for extra curricular activities. not much to add

      Cons

      Low pay. Adobe india is a low cost center and pay low compared to microsoft,google etc. They misuse the NCR factor to pay low. Work generally is of maintenance type although there are few teams doing good work.

      1. Good work. 2. Smart people to work with and you get to learn from them.

      Cons

      1. Very less opportunity to grow as leader/manager ( for developers and QE) 2. Bad facilities.. A lot of cost cutting is happening tissue papers on toilet , snacks, food 3. Every year last 5 percent is sacked...yes every year...I have been watching this from last 5+ years 4. If you are not in top 15% of company, you get 6-12 % hike ....if you are in top 15% you may get 20-20% + RSU + Shipping bonus... so there is a huge difference between high performer and normal performer, if you are not a high performer you feel like a labor working on a construction site. 5.
