Pros

Work life balance is so good. Complimentary lunch and dinner. No fixed timings, can come to office at any time. Access to gym and recreation room. No competition between team members which is very good. Great learning, I got into android development and manager encourages me to learn iOS development as well. Now, I got the chance to work on web technologies. So, lot of career opportunities.

Cons

Pay is very good but less than other big companies, which is ok as those big companies are laying off where as Adobe doesn't.
