Pros

Great place to work, highly skilled people, bleeding edge technology. The benefits package is very good, the facilities very nice. I would really like to retire from here in 25 years or so.

Cons

After Adobe, I'm not quite sure if you'll find something else that will match the conditions you'll find here.

i) Competitive benefits package, ii) good work life balance, iii) nice colleagues, office environment and work atmosphere in general

Cons

i) Can get stuck in one narrow area for too long, thus making one person unsuitable in the outside job market; ii) growth opportunities are limited, iii) incompetent senior managers without concrete technical background
