The collective is friendly and two mentors are assigned to help you with your daily tasks. Free drinks and fun conferences and activities from time to time.

Cons

The intern project sometimes isolates you from the rest of project but it's only expected to be that way since you must accomplish tasks that don't translate in great value for the team in the short run.
