      - You will get to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. - Lot of flexibility in switching teams. - Very little or no office politics (There was none in my team). - Great perks like wellness reimbursement, fun-workshops for kids, team outings.

      - Tech stack is old. - Growth is slow. - Work-life balance depends on the team. (In some teams, work is chill but in some teams it is too much work).
