Earlier work culture was good but from last few years there is huge Micro management by mid level managers which is making the life bit difficult The company work life balance is totally in the hands of your manager which is not good. Adobe needs to pay attention here Adobe has 360 degree review policy but manager have full control to manipulate the results of the survey
