Pros
I had some unfortunate things occur with my family during my first few weeks and my manager and co-workers were so supportive. I was so stressed dealing with the unexpected, and trying to finish my training and onboarding. They allowed me to take the time off that I needed, several people who hadnt even met me yet reached out to see how I was doing, and it just feels like they really care.
From a work stand point, everyone has been so helpful and willing to take time to ensure I understand things as needed.
They have tons of resources to help new hires and those in new roles. They are very invested in my learning and want to see me grow and become better.
