Good salary for Romania, pretty chill company. You get to experiment with new technologies and can pretty easily switch between teams and projects in order to tackle and learn new things.

Cons

Most decisions taken by management seem chaotic and reactionary to the market. Advancing and getting promoted is harder than leaving and coming back to a higher position
