      Management is immature, needs to hire real managers, do everything to keep talented, loyal employees. I had one bad experience and was there for a very long time.

      Politics and process. While "Process yields predictable results", The amount of process can be nauseating. If you love sitting in meetings, you can sit in meetings for hours and hours.
