      Pros

      Company is seeking for the new areas to grow, so this is great time for engineers and researchers to get good working experience. Company is open for new ideas and appreciates those who provides those. Work politics is absent.

      Cons

      Work quality is dependent on team (although I was fortunate to get into the good one). Many products in India are known to be in maintenance mode, and not good to work for freshers.

      Pros

      Free food in the canteen is great. Pay and benefits are ok. That is all that is good about this company.

      Cons

      They have absolutely NO idea of how to value employee skills and how to utilize those skills for the benefit of the company. Politics rules in this company. If you are a boot licker, you get promoted... If you are straight forward, you cannot survive. Work environment is terrible.. I think slaves were better treated... Work pressure is far too high and just causes health issues. Constructive criticism is NOT tolerated. Each manager cannot think beyond their own narrow minded teams for the benefit of the organization as a whole. Quality of products leave a LOT to be desired... Terrible security reviews of their products - Flash is a classic example. I am not surprised they recently got hacked... It was a disaster waiting to happen.
