Great Perks, Benefits. Adobe strives to be a good corporate citizen, fosters innovation and creativity. Telecommuting can help with work life balance or break it.

Cons

Global teams mean around the clock meetings. Can be a pro or con for work life balance. Can sometimes be a little "too big" and you will run in to some red tape from time to time.
