      1. Best people to work with 2. Good salary 3. Flexible timing

      1. Bad Policies often being thrown in by HRs and often being changed to suit their need. At times even providing wrong information about job profile while hiring 2. Most managers are bad 3. Lot of politics as there are people who have been stayed on from Macromedia. Most of them could not have got into Adobe with their skill levels, and worse they have become Team Leads and Managers. They tend to compensate lack of skills by politics
