Great tight knit teams, safe projects to safe markets. Opportunity to study some of oldest code still in action.

Cons

Adobe India is different from Adobe. Part of it issue to the getting mostly old projects and other part is due to not promoting change. Most teams cater to projects that have established markets and need safe iterations rather than makeovers.
