      Pros

      Great insurance, matching 401k, backup daycare/adult care, pay towards fitness, pay monthly for portion of childcare, cafeteria onsite, gym onsite, free parking, free bus pass, great location, great people, free drinks & some snacks

      Cons

      comp plan constantly changes, mandatory certifications on products we don't really sell, hard to hit quota because they raise it outrageously year over year.

      Pros

      Strong emphasis on employee development. Management training program ensures consistent management style across the company. Well developed infrastructure for product development teams. The culture of charitable support and community involvement is very commendable.

      Cons

      Adobe is fundamentally a shrink wrapped software company. They have struggled to become an enterprise software company and keep changing the enterprise strategy without understanding why the previous strategy was not working. This makes working on enterprise products at Adobe a frustrating experience. Adobe pays it's employees extremely well. Why is that a con? The result is constant offshoring of development teams because North American labour costs are so high. This is self-inflicted pain that is actually not positive for North American workers in the long run.
