      Adobe will let you do what you are good at and take care of all other things. A good balance of work and family. Great work places.

      + Strict criteria for hiring developers, which ensures smart people work @ Adobe + Reward high performers + Work life balance + Management, starting from Naresh (India Head), has inculcated very open and transparent culture

      - With no of employees increasing facilities decreased - Sometimes it gets too experience (# of years) driven

      Pros

      Focusses on Innovation, if you are willing allows you to explore new avenues of work, off late HR policies has improved a bit

      Cons

      Differential treatment to QE's, different policies are per geo's, HR still does not have great hold specially in India
