      Great, smart people, good culture, good salary, benefits still good, always interesting projects and challenges.

      Cons

      A lot of products struggle to understand their marketplace, leadership has consistently made bad bets. Adobe used to create markets and product segments, but now it follows the leadership of other companies. Extremely distributed workforce makes for incoherent teams.
