      Pros

      Fantastic benefits and a very stable company to work for. The vibe at Adobe is nice, people are nice and enjoy their work.

      Cons

      A large company does tend to have plenty of re-orgs and change. This is not always fun but goes with the territory.

      No vision for the future. Adobe doesn't know what they have and doesn't know where to go. Will Adobe still exist in 10 years? Will the stock ever go up again?
