      Company culture is changing

      Pros

      Engineering run company, innovative, beautiful facilities. Very diverse company, employees from all over the world, good diversity & cultural mix. Interesting products and technology.

      Cons

      Changing direction, unclear whether Adobe will be able to execute on the new strategy. Focus on youth, culture is changing to emphasize hiring younger workers at the expense of older longer tenured workers. Adobe tends to hire mid-career professionals who have done exactly the same job at a selected list of companies, rather than giving someone an opportunity to learn something new and grow.

      Chaos, no strategy, high turnover

      Pros

      - Decent perks such as ESPP, wellness dollars. - Usually nice co-workers, but be prepared for many of them leaving.

      Cons

      - Lack of focus on customers. The focus is clearly on making money and satisfying investors, not customers. - Lack of direction (or pretended directions that keep changing). This is wearing employees out. - Tremendous amount of turnover. - No PTO, but rather some funky 2-3 weeks PTO that are given at your manager's discretion. Time off cannot be rolled over to a subsequent year.
