      Pros

      Great Downtown San Jose location. Lots of Parking Lots of Time Off. Work environment is great. Eacy access to technology

      Cons

      Poor senior management , changes directions every few months. Annual Layoffs talented folks gare demoralizing. Seems like there is the threat to your job every year. Performance reviews are rather superficial.

      The company offers good working environment, flexible work schedule and good benefit. Most people work hard and competent. A good place to work

      Cons

      There is little you can do when there is a change from up. Besides that, a good place to work.

      Pros

      Has good technical talent and good low-mid level management. Policies are generally employee friendly, has good work life balance. There were decent technical challenges.

      Cons

      Adobe is a company in transition and faces significant challenges on the growth front. They culled couple of platforms, Flash and LiveCycle recently. As a result of these changes most of the work happening in India seems to be in maintenance. A lot of good technical talent seems to just linger around without definitive purpose.
