Adobe provides good opportnities to work on some great projects. Pople are friendly and helpful. The lunch is good and the best thing is its free.

Cons

Adobe can be a bad place to work if your manager is not good, and in many teams there are awful managers.

Great company culture and a lot of benefits and efforts made to make work a positive experience. Company continues to grow.

Cons

Time off is not a cut and dry affair. How many vacation days one has and when is appropriate to take them is hard to know.
