-poor management practices -mid-level management ignorant of issues faced by engineers -highly bureaucratic structure that stifles development -no innovation or diversification

Frustrating Beyond Comprehension

Pros

Great products and technologies, people are smart (on the whole) and compensation and benefits are pretty good (though HR has taken away perks like PTO of late). Nice cafe!

Cons

Weak executive team, lack of clarity around vision. Very process oriented - and some of the processes are lame beyond belief. Once it took me six months to hire a new vendor and get them through the contract process. Very driven by quarterly revenue, so little investment in long brand term marketing....or long term anything for that matter.
