      talented people. interesting technology good working environment (hardware)

      Cons

      Constantly moving project to India and intentionally keep us department under-resourced. No paid PTO, you can get 3 weeks PTO for a year,if you are lucky to have a good manager to allow you to do that, or you get nothing when you leave the company. company used to give out profit share every quarter, not any more

      Very energetic working culture, progressive, great benefits, dynamic, cutting edge, very meaningful company philosophy, the really care about every individual being successful, the vacation policies is fantastic.

      The people here are above a bare minimum level of expertise and they give good guidance and also the food is very good

      Cons

      Although you'll have to work in different technologies simulataneuosly and it becomes very difficult at times since most of them will be new to u but i think that would also come in pros
