      Not as rewarding (professionally or financially) as it used to be

      Pros

      Talented, smart, hardworking employees. A lot of flexibility and autonomy in how one approaches one's job and gets projects accomplished.

      Cons

      Benefits have been cut over the past two years. Limited opportunities for advancement especially if you're not located in the the Bay Area. Turf wars among senior management sometimes means good ideas don't see the light of day. Priorities changing frequently (which is fine) but lack of explanation makes it difficult to understand what the sr. mgmt team is thinking.

      Pros

      Good culture, although declining. Lots of opportunity, if you are proactive and push it. Solid benefits, although declining. Excellent work/life balance, if you want it.

      Cons

      Sr. Management becoming much more insular. Seem to becoming more tone deaf- to wall street, to customers, and even to our own employees. Transparency- once a hallmark of Adobe, is declining. Clinging to a shrink wrap world.

      Pros

      Great place to work, where goals are clearly outlined and communicated in clearly defined manner. Fun atmosphere where creativity is encouraged.

      Cons

      Some of the internal systems are dated making them extremely difficult to use. There are inconsistencies with what all groups use, making comparisons challenging.
