      Pros

      Adobe has truly great products that many existing customer do not fully exploit. As a result, getting them excited about propositions is easy. Adobe has a pretty good employee care attitude (thanks California) and has always treated its staff fairly.

      Cons

      At the moment, the UK sales office has been turned into "just another sales office", the spirit of individual creativity has been dumped in order to get every available body in a customer facing direct sales role. The LiveCycle Enterprise Suite of products is the lowest earner, but strangely the highest priority, all other products are left to wither on the vine.

      Great people, highest concentration of great talent I have seen

      Cons

      Bangalore gets a raw deal from Noida, in terms of opportunities, recognition and facilities. We are distantly poor cousins to the blessed ones at Noida.

      I cannot think of any cons of working at a company like Adobe. I see that they provide an environment that caters best to each employee making the experience conducive and meaningful
