      Pros

      Right people doing the right things. Very comfortable place to work. Very good compensation package with a lot of perks.

      Cons

      Hard to grow within the company. Also this year there was not salary review. With the profit sharing plan also not working this year it's a significant decrease of total compensation.

      Pros

      Very flexible, it's nice to have the option to work from home and remotely, Good work/life balance, everyone treats each other with fairness and respect.

      Cons

      Since the employee retention rate at adobe is very high, It's hard to come by new opportunities, even though they seem to try to promote it.

      Pros

      Fast paced, growing company with a ton of promise. Everyone who worked there had a passion and incredibly high standards, so the output was fantastic and the customers loved the products.

      Cons

      The median age was probably late 20s, and as a result there were a lot of people who didn't have families and therefore lived at work or online.
