Cannot imagine a company that was more ready and able to meet employees' special time-management and family-time needs during the pandemic. This company believes in "wellness" and gave us everything we needed to survive the extra stress of that not-quite-over-yet period.

Cons

The company has not quite figured out how it will deal with the "return to office" that is imminent as the pandemic wanes.
