      Adobe offers a genuinely comfortable work environment — flexible hours, strong benefits (car allowance, competitive salary), and a real autonomy in how you manage your day.

      Cons

      The Copenhagen office is largely empty on most days, with sales and other teams working remotely by default. Over time, that makes it hard to build team cohesion or maintain the kind of energy that drives high performance. Culture and in-person collaboration aren't prioritized at all, which may suit some but can be frustrating if you thrive in a dynamic, people-first environment.
