get chance to work with many creativity and smart engineers who in genuine care the customer deeply

Cons

over years, with many VP/directors changed, some part of organization are no longer feel like Adobe used to feel like. schedule and deadline become the only thing that matters, at the cost of morale, employ work life balance and burn out
