Adobe benefits are the best in the United States. I work in consulting and work with clients in the field as a professional services leader. The new VP of professional services is the most organized, focused, experienced, and supportive leader I've ever worked with in consulting. Lots of recognition and awards for heard workers.

Cons

Lots of changes, but Adobe is not immune to corporate challenges, just like all other organizations. Limited advancement due to favoritism. Myopia is real in leaders.
