The company provides great benefits, stock options, flexible schedule, diverse and safe environment with good internal opportunities. You can find everything in the company from legacy code bases to new fast-paced code bases and transitioning projects.

Cons

Sometimes hectic project management and unrealistic expectations of engineers with a huge focus on customer satisfaction up to the point that is detrimental to developers. Depends a lot on per project basis, with some projects being better than others.
