People sitting in their positions for way too long, do not expect fast promotions here Management in India only knows boot-licking They lay-off silently. Specially if you are in India. They can go to any lengths to stop Indian employees get promotions or bonuses if there is a counterpart in any other part of the world available. Older employees will always have the final say no matter how fundamentally correct you are. If new joinee, you would be expected to work twice the load or threatened to be kicked out
