Pros

When I joined the culture at Adobe was looking good. Work is average. But not anymore. Politics is at its peek. Managers only promote their friends, without considering work or talent.

Cons

Politics is at its peek in Adobe Bengaluru. Company culture is degrading rapidly. Senior management not paying attention to the decadence of values and culture.

Management of Digital Imaging Team in Bangalore is terrible

Pros

Company culture is decent as a whole. Work is not that bad. Although many dumb people are deciding on roadmaps. So, the quality of work suffers a lot. Development work is there but very limited, and you may forget your coding knowledge, due to just debugging scripts.

Cons

Management is pathetic. Team is full of politics and favoritism. Good and honest people are leaving, but senior management is sleeping by pouring oil in their Ears. I don't see a good future for some of the teams in Bangalore under Digital Imaging.

Decent work, nice location, decent infrastructure.

Cons

Management full of non-technical people. They have no understanding of technicalities. Neither they want to know. They intensionally don't hire capable leaders for team because will not listen to them. Culture getting more like Service-based companies recently. They don't value talent. Only employees who praise the management can do well.
