As a company, Adobe offers growth opportunities to its employees, esp. it isn't a problem at the entry level at all. Lot of things you will be at liberty to pick up and out do. The benefits and the work environment is quite conducive.

Cons

Not all get equal opportunities when it comes to mid senior positions. The work offered will be based on elitist first approach where ample opportunities including involvement in larger roles, participation in tech events etc is are offered to people who are willing to show-off.

Good benefits, great cafeteria with lots of options, basketball court and other amenities.

Cons

Sometimes traffic can be bad for the San Jose office depending on where in the Bay area are you coming from.
