Pros
Lots of smart people, always looking out for the best in the market. Nice culture and also enjoying the freedom to work on exciting new projects. You get to feel appreciated for your hard work and your talent. A lot of perks as well (gym & fitness, showers in the office building, corporate sports, equity stock etc.)
Cons
A lot of hiring took place in the past couple of years, which seems to have diluted the culture & professionalism. Compromises were made imo, by putting a strong focus on quantity some quality was lost. Also, depending on the team, things differ in terms of project sexiness, work volume, atmosphere etc.
