- there are a lot of learning opportunities; especially if you're early in your in your career, this is a great place to start - the average level of people's skill is really high - has quite a good work-life balance, especially compared to other big tech companies - processes are quite lean considering the size of company

Cons

- career opportunities become limited after a few years - there is little willingness from management to take chances on people and sponsor them to grow in their careers - the location of the office
